Cabinet approves Lokpal Bill draft:
In today's Cabinet meet,
Lokpal bill draft government version is approved.
Lokpal committee to consists of Chairman  with eight members to assist him..
Lokpal Bill to be introduced during monsoon session of Parliament.
PM kept out of Lokpal Bill purview.
Autonomy of judiciary to be maintained,Judiciary is out of the ambit Lokpal Bill.
Draft of Lokpal Bill is under purview of standing committee Parliament and final decision on the draft still awaits as taken,a silver lining by Parliament and its standing committee.
All former Prime Minister comes under ambit Lokpal Bill.

Government ignore the people’s demand for an effective Jan Lokpal, is trying hard to keep the PM, Judiciary, MPs, large part of the bureaucracy free from the Lokpal's anti-corruption powers has weakened Lokpal bill,with five members from governance community and two are Independent member thus make draft Jan Lokpal another body of government and weaknesses its autonomous structure,says Anna Hazare.
Anna begins  fast from 16th August  and in order to  keep check on  Anna's fast,the Police and Government authorities has imposed section 144  at Jantar Mantar.NewDelhi.from 30th July to 9th Sept 2011.

Anna's fast from 16th August is our last hope. We can.t afford to fail-this time. For if we fail, we may never get another chance. Its now or-never.if the people take a week off from their work from 16th August and take to the streets in front of their house, on the crossings, in-parks, everywhere. with a tricolor in their hands, raise slogans-against corruption - Government can crush one Anna, but it won.t be able to crush 120 crore Annas. Government could impose section 144 on-one Jantar mantar. But will it impose curfew on the whole country?

If the whole country takes to streets for a week from 16th August, WE,-THE PEOPLE OF INDIA, can force the government to enact a strong Jan-Lokpal Bill.A call from Arvind Kejriwal A number of people across the country are planning various protest activities.

There are some points needs attention-:
The Lokpal negotiations are a once-in-a-generation opportunity to clean up Indian politics and tackle corruption in our country.
But the government is ignoring the people’s demand for effective anti-corruption legislation, and its current version of the Lokpal is too weak.
We need a strong, comprehensive Lokpal bill with enough powers to hold the PM, the Judiciary, MPs and bureaucrats accountable.
It is also crucial that the bill brings under its ambit the Central Bureau of Investigation.
